We have been asked if E-bikes are allowed inside the Chez? The answer is a firm “no” due to fire risk. They can be stored securely and charged outside or stored in our greenhouse.

What do you get at Chez:

Not only do you get a fully furnished annex with its own private garden for your exclusive use ( if you don’t count the tortoises).

You have top quality furnishings and with all original artworks by local artists.

Locally sourced produce including chocolates made in the village, honey, b**r and c***r made in the area are also included..

We have a confession though, not everything is local….The fresh cooked croissants are French and the Waitrose fresh ground coffee is Ethiopian Sidamo. In some tiny respects only Patrington is lacking 😂

Lucy will be your guide, mentor and cheer you up if you want her to be.

And don’t worry if you forget anything we have a good stocked magic mirror with everything you may have forgotten…

And here is just one of our local attractions…the beautiful 800 year old grade one listed Village Church which is open daily.

I’m so grateful that we have Chez. It’s a lovely way to remember my dad and his kindness. He left us a wonderful gift and an opportunity to both meet some lovely people, help them have a lovely stay and earn a little to top up our non too healthy pensions.

We are available through booking.com and Airbnb or you can book direct

As ever, Lucy the little black cat rules the roost.

Well we have had a busy July, August and September bookings are up. Thank you to our guests. Remember, this isn’t a room in someone’s house, it is your own private annex, with your own flower filled garden, relaxing ercol bergere furniture, Habitat decor and original art works… and our breakfast complete with home made preserves and fresh baked warm croissant are the best…so we’ve been told ❤️ just a few reviews…

We’re so glad to promote our local community which we’ve been part of for 34 years.
