The perfect meeting point for the best of the Scottish larder - five courses, paired wines, and an entire evening worth staying over. The tasting menu changes with the season, shaped by whatever Chef Ryan and his team have been working with that week. Afterwards, retreat to one of our cosy bedrooms for the night, waking to a proper Scottish breakfast before you head off.
