From garden to table at Cringletie 🌿

At Cringletie, we’re proud to grow much of our own fresh produce right here on the estate. Our kitchen gardens are home to fragrant Moroccan mint, thyme, oregano, and sage, all carefully nurtured to bring the freshest flavours to every dish.

Our tomatoes thrive in our historic greenhouses, which date back to the early 20th century. Over a century later, these beautiful structures are still standing strong, continuing to provide the perfect environment for growing delicious, vine-ripened tomatoes.

We’re incredibly proud of how the garden is looking this season, and a huge thank you goes to Jay and Callum, whose hard work, dedication and care have transformed it into the stunning space it is today. Their passion shines through in every border and flower bed.

At Cringletie, our sweet peas are gathered fresh from the walled garden each morning and placed in your room, bringing the scent and beauty of the garden indoors.

There’s nothing quite like the sight of beautifully striped lawns on a sunny day

A huge thank you to our gardeners, Callum & Jay whose skills, care, and attention to detail keep our grounds looking immaculate. Every stripe is hand mowed, creating that classic finish that makes the lawns truly stand out.

From the wild daisies dancing in the breeze to the vibrant blooms glowing in the afternoon light, these moments remind us just how beautiful nature can be.

We were delighted to welcome these lovely guests all the way from the Netherlands, travelling in style in their beautiful Aston Martin DB6.

Their Scottish adventure is just beginning as they set off to tackle the iconic North Coast 500, taking in some of the most spectacular scenery the Highlands have to offer.

There’s something truly special about seeing a classic British grand tourer parked in front of our historic house before heading north on one of the world’s greatest driving routes.

We wish them safe travels, unforgettable memories, and plenty of open roads ahead. Enjoy every mile of the NC500! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
