Mike & Rosemary purchased Llaingyfre, a 23 acre smallholding in lovely countryside, ideally located to explore Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion (Cardiganshire), the Gower, Presili Mountains, Cambrian Mountains, and western Brecon Beacons, at the end of 2003. We decided to convert the old milking parlour into a holiday cottage, sleeping 5, which was completed in 2005. We called it 'Old D

airy Cottage. The grazing and mowing rights to the land, comprising small fields and woodland, are let out to a neighbouring farmer, but guests are free to walk them
The sited caravan was stripped out and fitted with one bedroom to sleep two, providing more living space and a shower room, An outbuilding attached to the main house provideS a laundry room housing both a washing machine and a tumble dryer for the convenience of our visitors, who are free to explore our garden and lands. following the Covid epidemic, when bookings were curtailed, and enhanced cleaning requirements introduced, WE HAVE CHOSEN TO RETIRE AND ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM RETURNING CLIENTS
