It lies in 3.5 acres of secluded grounds including croquet lawn and ample playing area for children. It is 4.5 miles from Penrith's West Coast Main Line station and a few minutes walk from Lake Ullswater and Pooley Bridge village, with shops and post office. There are also first-class restaurants and public houses within easy driving distance. Residents have, for their own use, a guest kitchen for

preparing sandwiches, simple meals etc. The bedrooms are spacious, each with at least a double plus single bed. Accommodates friends and family events and occasions. Guest kitchen for preparing and storing food and drink, leading iinto the garden.
