Troutbeck Caravan Park Our lovely Troutbeck caravan park and campsite is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District. The Coast2Coast cycle way passes by the campsite.

Enjoy great views and easy access to Keswick and Derwentwater from this site. Our lovely Troutbeck Club campsite is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District. Its idyllic location surrounded by countryside and with fantastic views of the fells is a walkers’ paradise. Blencathra and Sharp Edge are easily accessed from the campsite. Less strenuous is the half hour walk to the White Horse pub

in Scales. Another popular mountain bike route is the Old Coach Road which has splendid views of Blencathra and Skiddaw in parts. After a day on the hill our campsite offers a peaceful place to relax and soak up the views. Pitches are spacious and toilet and shower facilities are top notch. And there’s a laundry and disabled room too. Children have a small play area and there is ample room to exercise your dog on site. The campsite shop sells local free-range eggs, meat and real ales.
