Last Saturday was a night to remember.

Our Sous Chef, Dan, created an incredible menu inspired by his journey, bringing together flavours and dishes that tell his story.

From start to finish, the menu was a huge success, with guests praising the variety and creativity of each course. Our personal favourite? Poppy's prawn toast.

We're already planning our next Chef's Dinner, taking place on Saturday 13th March. Stay tuned for more details.
