What a summer at Brooklands!

Since winning Four in a Bed back in March, it's been non-stop here at Brooklands Guest House! The show has brought guests to our door from all over the country, and we've loved welcoming every one of you. 🧡

The results speak for themselves: our occupancy is up while small independent B&Bs across the UK have seen a 2.9% decrease. We couldn't be prouder, and we're so grateful to everyone who has stayed with us and supported us.

Now is the perfect time to start thinking about next year's mini break! More and more of us are choosing two or three short breaks in the UK instead of one overseas holiday, and with a warm welcome and a freshly cooked breakfast waiting for you, why not make Brooklands one of them? 🍳

So what are you waiting for? **Book your stay today** and come and see what all the fuss is about! 🏆

Thank you from all of us at
Brooklands

Last night's Star of Business Awards was a wonderful evening, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for Brooklands. We didn't take home the trophy this time, but being nominated at all means so much to us, and we're genuinely proud of what we've achieved. Every vote came from a guest, friend or local who believes in what we do, and that means the world.

A big congratulations to Roundthorn on your win, and well done for putting on such a brilliant event. Everyone from Brooklands thoroughly enjoyed the night!

Thank you again for your support. We're already looking forward to welcoming you back soon.

Warmest wishes,
Sue and the Brooklands team

**Brooklands Guest House welcomes Duggie! 🚴‍♂️**

Leg 6 of Duggie's charity LEJOG ride brought him through our door, soaked through and ready for a rest. We got him dried off, fed and settled in before the next stage.

He had a very eager welcoming committee too: his grandparents were waiting, fussing and cheering him on. Nothing beats family at the finish line for the day. ❤️

Land's End to John o' Groats is nearly 900 miles, and Duggie is doing it in remembrance of his dad .Every mile counts, so if you can, please support him.

Good luck for the next stage, Duggie. We're all behind you! 🍀

What a weekend at Brooklands Guest House

We had the pleasure of hosting a interesting bunch of guests taking part in this year's Two Ball Rally, setting off from Rheged with an incredible 70 cars in the lineup — and every single one in fancy dress!
The car park will look like something between a classic car show and a costume party.

It's always a treat when the rally crowd rolls through — the energy, the costumes, and the stories from the road make for such a fun stay. Safe travels to all the teams as you continue the route, and thank you for choosing us as your stopover!

🌿✂️ A surprise guest at Brooklands Guest House! 🐦
While having the ivy trimmed, Wayne from WR Pressure Washing and Gardening Services discovered an unpaid guest hiding among the undergrowth.
This little feathered visitor clearly thought the ivy was the perfect place to stay! 🏡🌱
