The most beautiful place you could ever imagine staying Lower Carhullan is now ready for bookings from the 1st of April, nestled high on the National park fell side above Bampton just outside of Penrith with the most spectacular views of the national park and the Pennines.
It has 3 big bedrooms all with en-suites, the master bedroom has a super king bed and en suite shower, the second bedroom has a double bed, smart tv and en suite bath with shower over, the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (can be made up into a super king) smart tv and en-suite shower.
Lovely airy landing and spiral staircase.
Downstairs we have a huge open plan diner/kitchen, which has an aga and oven, induction hob, built in fridge freezer, 2 dishwashers, instant hot water tap, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer & coffee machine, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook with. Dining table to seat 8, Alexa & smart tv.
Separate utility room, with another freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Downstairs shower room, full size cloak room with enough pegs for a football team.
Lovely lounge, with 2 sofas 1 of which is a sofa bed so the house will sleep 8 should you require, smart tv, log burner, basket of wood ready for your arrival, throws for the sofas.
High chair, travel cot & children’s cutlery in the property.
Dog bed and bowls, 2 dogs are permitted for a charge of £20 for your stay.
We also have a separate self contained annex, which we are using as a games room, the pool table is being delivered this week (pictures to follow) will have a smart tv and games console (Xbox) 2 sofas, it does have a full bathroom and kitchen as well, but it won’t have any beds for sleeping.

Parking for 6 cars.

No smoking property inside or outside due to the animals, the goats would defiantly eat the ash tray 🤣🤦🏼♀️
Hot tub, picnic bench, new garden furniture is coming in the next few weeks.
We have all our animals which you will meet, all our animals are friendly and love attention be it being fed or stroked, our 2 pigs tulip and daisy are next door, 16 chickens one of the chickens has a pink tag on her foot she is called jemima and is my little girls chicken she loves a cuddle, 2 goats Dale and Brennan they will follow you everywhere for food and will try and come in the house 🤣🤦🏼♀️. Our 3 fell pony’s Jenny (bay) forest (all black) and bubba (white star) they are extremely friendly especially the boys and love carrots and apples. Our 3 sheep Thelma Gracie and Louisa, and let’s not forget our 2 pet lambs Liam and Lola, they are bottle fed and if you give me a message your kids can happily give them a bottle.
We are in the farmhouse next door, so are about if you need us for anything and can organise most things.
The pub at the bottom of the road the Mardale Inn is absolutely amazing and would defo recommend going during your stay.
