Kitchen & Front of house staff 🍴
Kitchen Porter 16+
Part Time this role will include evening and weekend shifts
You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly so chefs can focus on cooking.
• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with food Prep and help plate desserts when required.
A typical shift might involve arriving before service to help set up, continuously washing equipment during service, and then helping clean down the kitchen at the end of the day.
A stepping stone to becoming a chef or moving into other kitchen roles.

Bar & Waiting On 18+
Part time this role will include evening & weekend shifts.
Typical duties:
* Greeting customers
* Taking orders
* Serving food and drinks
* Handling payments
* Answering questions and resolving customer issues
* Keeping customer areas clean and presentable
* Coordinating with the kitchen and other staff
Key skills:
* Friendly and professional communication
* Customer service
* Teamwork
* Ability to stay calm during busy periods
* Basic numeracy for handling payments
