Go along, enjoy and support the swimmers.

This Saturday, 17/08/2024, we will launch our lifeboats in support of members and friends of St Davids Boat Club and Caravan Park. They will participate in a swim relay in aid of Moelfre Lifeboat Station. They will swim from St Davids to Moelfre, an approximately 5 km distance.

We plan to launch at 09:00, around the same time the swimmers get their toes wet. After launching, we will conduct a routine training exercise before going to the swimmers and escorting them as they make their way onto Traeth Moelfre.

We would appreciate your presence and support. The swimmers have been doing this swim for several years and have raised multiple thousands of pounds, which greatly helps us save lives at sea. Your support will make a significant difference, and we look forward to seeing you there.
