Turning Tides

Finally the seasons are changing and the warm Summer sunshine is within our reach. Flowers are appearing in the hedgerows, birds are coming out of hiding to break the silence with joyful song. The feeling of life being reborn and a fresh start for the New Year is awakening. Our beautiful coastlines repair and prepare for so many wondrous people. Cornwall awaits with nurturing welcoming arms.

Changeable weather is definitely a way of putting it. Blustery, then downpours, then a break; spots of sunshine warming the tips of the wind, offering a welcomed pause to all those craving outdoors.

Living and holidaying by the coast offers difference everyday, tides come and go leaving new formations and feelings of fresh. Being the first footsteps on untrodden fresh sand - just something special! 👣

PIZZA!!!

So a group of us (when I say group let’s say 19!) turned up to the newest eatery in Penzance . They don’t take advanced bookings so we just went with it.
Within about 20 minutes we were shown to the most wonderful long table which sat us all around! It had the best backdrop of 🏰
Ordering was prompt, drinks were flowing and the pizza tasted great.
There’s also a fab selfie backdrop to embrace the experience. 🪽
Thanks for hosting us Fred’s- we look forward to next time 😋

Porthcurno

A wintery stroll on one of my favourite coves, taking the windy cliff steps up to the Minack Theatre to take in the breathtaking views over to Logan’s Rock. Cliff shapes and fun stone bridges adding to the daily fun. Sun setting behind the cliffs whilst many still bathe in the sea- some only in their costumes!!
