For those not aware a Planning application has been submitted for a mixed development for 29 homes at the top of Chywoone hill in the first field on the right opposite Boundary Close with a planning ref PA21/03460 and can be seen on Cornwall council planning website.
If allowed this housing estate will create considerable extra Traffic and pollution to an already congested road, also it has been designed in such a way so as to creep into the adjacent field and so on, this could result in an explosion of many more homes with the associated issues, there is insufficient local amenity infrastructure for such a proposal and is not the site for a development of this size and must be resisted at all cost should you wish to object.
This has been carried out without proper consultation with local residents despite the developer stating they have.
