Our Story

Back in 2016 we met Brad and Lindsay, owners of The Cove, The Beach and The Rockpool. A joint view that Praa Sands was a fantastic opportunity and holding a similar ‘can do’ approach to hospitality we formed a new brand, Beach Stays Praa Sands.

Fast forward a few years and here we are with a still small but well chosen portfolio of properties in the village. All our owners have huge enthusiasm for Praa Sands and we all have a shared belief it’s one of the best laid back places to stay in Cornwall. The countless guests that return year after year shows we’re not wrong!

We have large properties, small ones, contemporary to dog friendly, really a little of something for everyone who loves being by the beach. The common theme? All our properties are really close to the sand.
