I don’t know about you, but we always welcome a lovely traditional roast dinner on a Sunday.

Today’s meat choices are locally sourced pork, or roast beef supplied by McFaddens Butchers and Bakers. Vegetarian nut roast and other dishes available.

Waves Artisan Market returns to the hotel tomorrow and Thursday for its penultimate event of the year.

Having hosted the market in our Ballroom since the spring, it has become a wonderful gathering place for showcasing art, craft, and food made by talented local creators.
