The Heinz monument at Cape Cornwall is a chimney stack that dates back to 1864, originally part of the Cape Cornwall Mine, which was operational until 1883. In 1987, the H. J. Heinz Company purchased the site and donated it to the National Trust to celebrate their centenary.
