No. 4 Sand Bay is a fabulous coastal retreat, located just a few steps away from Perranporth’s famous three-mile golden sandy beach, sand dunes and South West Coastal Path. Set within a small development of purpose built holiday homes, this ground floor apartment is approached via a narrow driveway and benefits from a private parking space. No. 4 has been completely refurbished for 2019 and now features, Wi-Fi, two 32” TVs (one Smart TV), DVD player, PS4 console with games, travel cot, highchair and dishwasher.
Perranporth has a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, all within a short level walk. The area is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St. Agnes and Truro. Those seeking adventure will find surfing schools, riding stables, tennis courts and a golf course all nearby. With Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth all within an easy forty-minute drive, this popular holiday home is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall.
The covered front entrance to No. 4 has one step leading into the apartment, from here everything is on one level, with ceramic tiled flooring in the living areas. Fresh and bright, the owners have created a very comfortable holiday sanctuary. A contemporary theme is reflected in the choice of furnishings and decor adding modern appeal to the interior. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher and ample workspace and kitchen units. The comfortable lounge is furnished with seating for six people on sofas, a rectangular dining table with chairs, Smart TV, DVD player, PS4 console with games and a serving hatch to the kitchen. A fully glazed rear door offers beautiful views to the sea and beach. Bedroom one is furnished with a king size bed (5ft), pocket sprung memory mattress and has a 32” flat screen TV. Bedroom two offers spacious family accommodation with a double bed (4ft 6ins) and two single beds (3ft). The bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead electric shower, basin, WC and wall mounted heated towel rail.
Heating for this property is via portable and wall mounted electric heaters. There is an on-site coin operated laundrette for the use of Sand Bay visitors, and parking for one car is allocated undercover solely for use of No. 4. An additional parking space can be obtained at an extra cost of £10 per week. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to 7' 4" height and 6' 7" wide. Two small dogs are welcome at this property.
Please note this property does not provide towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a £1 and £2 coin meter.
