Weβre delighted to share that Arden Parks has acquired πππ§π§ππ§π πππ«π€ Resort in North Wales.
Set within 112 acres of stunning countryside, the resort includes a wellβestablished 18βhole golf course, a recently refurbished clubhouse with bar, bistro & restaurant, and 73 developed holiday lodge pitches, including 37 hire fleet, many with hot tubs β plus further lodges and shepherd huts already approved.
This is a fantastic park with strong existing foundations and significant potential for future growth, and weβre excited to build on whatβs already been achieved.
Weβre also delighted to be welcoming an experienced and knowledgeable team, who have clearly played a big part in the parkβs success to date.
This marks our second park acquisition in two years, underlining our ambition to continue investing in and expanding our park portfolio.
