In the quiet landscape of Logiealmond we have placed a sauna for guests and visitors to escape to. Sound is reduced to the crackling fire, the breeze, the calls of birds, livestock and roaming deer. It is a restorative experience to share with you. Then take a cold plunge in the tub or stand in the soft refreshing rain to invigorate the body.

For your sauna we offer hydrosols of various scents, which when added to the steam, enrich your experience.

Our sauna has room for six people at a time and a changing area for convenience. We’ll provide water to stay hydrated and plenty of logs.

Get in touch about experiencing the sauna whether you are staying at the Steading with your friends and family, passing by or stay locally. We would love to hear from you to book your moment.

Burmieston is a beautifully restored farm in rural Perthshire where people come to stay, reconnect, create and learn. Whether you’re booking a holiday, joining a retreat, hosting a workshop or planning a team getaway, you’ll find space, nature and genuine hospitality.

When we post stuff here, I always think of those who have been and know us. But of course, that’s forgetting about the people we haven’t met yet, who haven’t been here. It is that time of year again when we look out for armies of peacock butterfly caterpillars on the nettles. We let areas of the farm go wild to have their moment providing opportunity for wildlife. It is joyful to observe the birds and the bugs. Come see sometime!
