A warm welcome makes all the difference.

You can have a comfortable room, great food and a beautiful place to stay, but it’s the people you meet along the way who can really make a visit memorable.

It’s something we’re incredibly proud of at Riverstone, and something that comes up time and time again in your lovely reviews.

From the moment you arrive, our team are here to make you feel welcome, looked after and right at home - whether you’re staying the night, joining us for dinner or simply popping in for a drink.

48 hours in Perth… how are you spending yours? 📍

Start your morning with a walk through one of our recommended local walks, spend the afternoon exploring the city centre, discover some of the history and attractions on our doorstep at Scone Palace, then head back to Riverstone when you’re ready to put your feet up.

Good food, a drink (or two) and a cosy room waiting for you at the end of the day.

🛌 Wake up the next morning, enjoy a slower start and do it all over again.

Sometimes, 48 hours away is all you need.

Autumn will soon be on its way to Perthshire… 🍂

Soon, the greens surrounding Riverstone will begin turning shades of burnt orange and gold, the evenings will get a little darker and cosy season will officially begin.

It’s one of our favourite times of year to stay with us. Spend the day exploring Perth and the surrounding countryside, enjoy one of the many events happening locally, then head back to Riverstone for good food, a drink and a cosy night away.

Whether you’re planning an autumn weekend in Perth, visiting for an event or simply fancy a change of scenery, make Riverstone your base this season.

What a weekend in Perthshire. 🐎

With the International Horse Trials taking place at Scone Palace for the second year, it’s been a busy few days here at Riverstone, with a full hotel and plenty of guests joining us for food and drinks throughout the weekend.

We’ve loved welcoming everyone through our doors and being part of such a brilliant weekend for Perth.

A huge thank you to everyone who stayed, dined and drank with us - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Until next year… 🥂
