The Bell has recently gone under extensive refurbishment throughout, whilst retaining the original open fires places to relax and unwind. The Bell provides a comfortable base for exploring the North East of England. In 30 minutes’ drive you can

be in the beautiful Durham dales, North Yorkshire moors and the North hills of Northumberland. For pleasure?....
If you Love shopping or sight seeing there’s an array to choose from Hartlepool and the historic Quay, Dalton Park to the bridges in Sunderland. The historical city of Durham with its impressive Cathedral, Castle and the River Wear to Newcastle city centre and the Metro centre. For business?....
We are a stone’s throw away from the commercial business parks which house major companies Walkers Crisps, Caterpillar, TRW to name a few and various call centres.
