**Valentines Day/ Easter/ Summer by the sea?

You absolutely will need a break by the Beach yes?
In our 4 bed family house with big garden in the lovely quiet beach community of Pett Level where we feel blessed and calm all your round. Ok it's raining now but soon it will be sun shine for the rest of the year (not guaranteed contractually! )

Just across from the Rescue Boat slipway at the beach on the banks of the Military canal our house is a tranquil getaway - new listings are out on airbnb / booking.com and vrbo if you want book through those platforms, if not please enquire and book direct. Our best rates are competitive on those platforms but we can still take bookings the old fashioned way.

Situated on the waterfront, this vacation home is 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from Pett Level Beach and within 3 mi (5 km) of Hastings Country Park and Winchelsea Beach. Mallydams Woods and Church of St Thomas a Becket are also within 3 mi (5 km).

Like us are you behind with Christmas planning, want to get away and not sure where to go? or have family locally and need spillover accommodation?

Worry no more - how about booking our spacious new holiday let opposite the beach in Pett Level? It sleeps 8 and after a busy summer and a few Autumn repairs we are open again for business for the Christmas and onwards towards Spring and Summer!

We still have some July and August availability at our new holiday let in the lovey quiet beach community of Pett Level. A beautiful rural seaside setting with fields behind and the beach in front.

Sleeps 8 plus 1 in a travel cot, up to 2 dogs allowed and spacious garden for BBQ, right by lots of lovely rural footpaths, across from the beach by a small military canal used in the Napoleonic era. What more could you want?
