Just 50 yards from the sweeping, quiet, peaceful and excellent Pevensey Bay Beach where you can enjoy long walks, picnics or Fish and Chips whilst savoring the beautiful view. The location is perfect for you to explore the South Coast and beyond. At The Studio you may wish to tinkle the ivories of the Beautiful Boston Baby Grand Piano (designed by Steinway) or if this isn’t your forte then you can

enjoy the Sonos Sound System which enables your own music to be piped through the ceiling speakers. You will love the state of art technology with smart TV and Netflix on three TVs which will keep all ages and tastes of your family happy. The open plan kitchen area has a magnificent vaulted ceiling and a long wenge wood breakfast bar so as a chef enjoying the ample Bosch ovens you will always have company. There is an ensuite double bedroom and a twin bedded room on the ground level so if you or members of your family are towards a more mature age, or not too nimble, there's no need to climb the stairs. In the enclosed secure garden there’s enough choice of seating areas for a large family lunch or for you to have privacy, peace and quiet whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Theres plenty of space for children to run around and there is a large circular area of Easy Grass which is perfect for young children to play on as they will never get muddy. During the winter months you can enjoy the use of the huge wood burning stove, which is gorgeous to come back to after a fresh walk along the beautiful Pevensey Bay Beach.
