They say hard work pays off, and with these kind words, for us it certainly feels that way.

Creating the perfect location for a getaway, and not just the cottages themselves but the surroundings, is something we’re very proud of, and love seeing the enjoyment being felt by our guests.

After a day of autumnal walks and exploring the North Yorkshire sights, everyone deserves the perfect place to rest those aching legs and discover the ultimate relaxation.

Within each cottage you’ll find that perfect place to let the hot water run, pour a glass of your favourite and savour the evening after an action packed day.

And as 'lead booker'… we’re sure the other half won’t mind reading the kids a story whilst you relax, you deserve it for finding such an amazing place 😉 🍷 🛁

The hot tubs aren’t the only place to warm up when visiting Sands Farm Cottages.

This time of year we all know the weather could be doing anything, but as the days are getting shorter, it’s a sign to get the log fire burning.

We’re all set for those cosy nights in with the family, or those closest to you. We’ve put together the setting, now it’s down to you to bring the people.

And of course don’t forget the games… is it even a trip away if someone doesn’t bring UNO?

The hardest part will be trying to decide what to do first. But if you don’t fit it all into one trip, then that’s just another reason to come and stay with us again.
