Blair Castle and gardens open for the season 🌷🌱

Blair Castle & Gardens is open. The 2026 season has begun.

This year we have two incredible new exhibitions:

A Costume Drama: Visitors can discover rare historic outfits from the castle’s attics alongside iconic costumes from film and television. It will feature outfits from Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, Downton Abbey, Emma(2020), Victoria(ITV), Wolf Hall and The Duchess.

James Hutton and Glen Tilt: This exhibition explores James Hutton’s pivotal geological observations in Glen Tilt, connecting Blair Castle’s landscape and collections to a moment that reshaped humanity’s understanding of Earth’s history.

The Tullibardine Restaurant has a new menu this year; keeping it simple, homemade, local and delicious. Expect great sandwiches, warming soups and a fresh, vibrant salad bar, all showcasing local ingredients.

Families and children can enjoy our castle detective quizzes, dressing up box, adventure playground, red deer park and highland cows.

Our pipers play on the hour, every hour between 11am-3pm.

Pitlochry's famous Highland Night returns! Mondays, until the autumn 😊

Our Highland Nights start on Monday night, 30th May at 7:30pm in the Pitlochry recreation ground and run every Monday right through to the 5th September.
Entry is £7 for adults and £1 for children.
