'The Old Coach House' is a charming 18th century detached stone cottage with it's own private gardens. It sits within an elevated position offering stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Whilst in a quiet setting is only a short walk from all local amenities within Pitlochry town centre. Just 10 minutes drive from the Cairgorms National Park and Loch Faskally, Queens View, Ben Vrackie, t

he famous Pitlochry Dam and fish ladder to name a few right on your doorstep it offers an ideal location for fishing, mountain biking, skiing, walking, cycling. Also the famous festival theatre or take a day trip to Perth, Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness - the list is endless! The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, offering 1 twin and 1 double bedroom upstairs with dual aspect windows including large skylight windows affording you the most magnificent views and on a clear night you to watch the stars from the comfort of your bed. Each room comes with mirrored wardrobes, hairdryer and TV. The sitting/dining room oozes character with it's beamed ceiling, it is fitted with a very comfortable leather corner suite, flat screen smart TV & DVD Player. Electric Stove & Gas Central Heating. The dining table is located next to the french doors, you can enjoy your breakfast whilst overlooking the garden and local wildlife.. The kitchen is well equipped for your needs and also has large picture window with views of the mountains. Bathroom has a white suite with power shower over the bath and is stocked with Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries. There is a small selection of books for you read whilst relaxing on a summers day in the garden or snuggling next to the fire in the winter. We also have a small selection of DVD.s/CD.s and board games for your enjoyment.

After fitting these beautiful bifold doors, the old coach house has benefited from a stunning floor restoration. Citrus Flooring in Perth sanded, stained and varnished our lovely wooden floors. What an incredible result, we hope you agree, they have really lifted the rooms.

This years refurbishment was a replacement of the patio doors, windows and front door.
The new doors are fantastic and let in so much light in today’s sunshine.
Thank you to Ewan McAdam and his fantastic team for fitting the windows and doors, they did a great job!
And to Holly for helping get the Old Coach House, ready for our next guests.
