Spring is well and truly on its way, its been a long time coming. Good to see all the bulbs coming up, now waiting on the local lambs to arrive. :)

I still find it very moving that people take the time to write a review, thank you!

Thank you late rooms and Rachel - for a super Scottish summer experience!
We stayed in the twin room on the ground floor, where we enjoyed outside access using a side door. The close proximity to the breakfast room was great. I tried all 3 of the tasty breakfast choices and found them excellent. We really enjoyed the view from the front of the property. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the area and following her advice led to some memorable sights and scenery. We enjoyed a Highland Fun Night in a local village too. The location was excellent and allowed us to travel daily to see many special sights along scenic routes. We are friends who live and work in Bangladesh and we really enjoyed this break from our busy lives as a nurse and teacher. The only room for improvement would be more light in the peach twin room , although we did not get much time inside so it was not a problem for us.

Another lovely review, makes it all worth while!

Could not have been more perfect!
One night was not enough. Everything about our stay was perfect from the warm welcome, to the outstanding 'Tartan Room' slendour, to the delicious breakfast and heart-warming friendly, efficient service. When next visiting this area, I will look no further than this wonderful B&B. Many, many thanks.

Stayed here last weekend. Great value for money. Welcoming owner, luxurious room, breath taking view of Tay out of the windows and decent breakfast for a vegetarian. Would have loved some fresh coffee rather than from the vending machine and ready toast on the table rather than self service from a basket of bread and a toaster. But definitely one of the better places around to stay.

I stayed here with 2 other friends and we were salmon fishing on the river.

Early breakfasts, facilities were superb, can't recommend enough!
4 star accommodation and Rachel who owns the place is most accommodating.
Anyone wishing to find accommodation in this area could do a lot worse than book here.

Brilliant!

We only stayed for 1 night on a short trip to the highlands and we were very hapy with our choice. The room was large with great views and an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very welcoming. There is also a good pub within walking distance so you don't need the car when parked up for the evening.
