Last night we enjoyed an evening out at one of our favourite Pitlochry restaurants - Fern Cottage and were absolutely blown away by their beautiful new Dragonfly Yurt

With the rain pouring down outside, the gentle patter on the roof, the log-burning fire and delicious food, it felt like we were in our own little cosy cocoon. 🔥

As always, the food was amazing and the service fabulous. A really special evening and the perfect way to enjoy a rare night off.

Perfect for a cosy evening as a couple, with friends or as a family. ❤️

What an afternoon! 🎭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Invited to watch the dress rehearsal of Ceilidh, the brand-new musical from Pitlochry Festival Theatre, at Pitlochry Town Hall – and it was absolutely amazing!
This wonderfully talented cast sing, dance and play musical instruments, bringing together the story of a family with the inclusiveness, energy and traditions of a Scottish ceilidh. It makes you laugh, dance, think – and perhaps even shed a tear!
There’s everything you would hope for – The Gay Gordons, Dashing White Sergeant, Strip the Willow and St Bernard’s Waltz – and a special mention to the incredibly talented Kirsty Findlay and her beautiful rendition of The Thistle and the Rose. ❤️
The energy of the cast and their interaction with the audience makes this show something really special. If you love Scotland, its uniqueness and traditions, this is definitely one to see!
Ceilidh runs at Pitlochry Town Hall from 7–17 October 2026. 🎶💃

🦩✨ The countdown is on… just ONE WEEK to go! ✨🦩

A dog walk around Loch Dunmore today revealed that preparations are well underway for the return of The Enchanted Forest — and we think we even spotted some rather fabulous pink flamingos hiding amongst the trees! 🦩🌲

Stop The Clock: The 25th Hour opens next Thursday, 8 October. The magic is almost ready… ⏰✨

🎭 What a show! I’ll Be Seeing You at Pitlochry Festival Theatre is funny, moving and beautifully performed.

Starring the brilliant Simon Russell Beale and Fra Fee, and written by Martin Sherman.

📸 A great night and a lovely chance to meet the stars at the after party!
