Camp Sorbet is our take on family glamping, a collection of beautifully restored caravans perched above the sea, with uninterrupted views across the South Devon coastline. Wake up to birdsong and fresh sea air, spend your days exploring the coast path, paddling in hidden coves and gathering around the fire pit as the sun disappears into the horizon.

With space for up to six guests, a shared kitchen den, outdoor bath and shower, and ample space for children to roam, Camp Sorbet is all about slowing down and embracing life outdoors.

A fresh chapter for Lambside House ✨

We’ve recently completed the renovation of two beautiful bathrooms, creating spaces designed for slow mornings, long soaks and a little everyday luxury.

The family shower room now features elegant tiling and freestanding his-and-hers basins, while the master en-suite has been transformed with a generous walk-in shower and a stunning cast iron freestanding bath.

After a day exploring the South Devon coast, there are few better places to unwind.

Luxury is often found in the smallest details. We hope you’ll love these new additions as much as we do.

Bank holiday. Half term. A heatwave.

Luckily, we’ve got our guests covered.

Hidden below the cliffs, our private cove Blue Lagoon is the place to cool off this weekend. Beautifully clear water, salty skin, picnic lunches on the rocks and long afternoons spent by the sea.

This is summer at Carswell Farm.

A very rare cancellation.

The Beach Hut is suddenly available for Bank Holiday weekend. Three nights for two people, tucked above the sea with nothing but the sound of the waves, slow mornings and long evenings in the hot tub.
