Our Guest House is up for sale. Any interested parties should contact us for further information. Details and trading figures for all the period we have been running the guest house can be made available to prospective purchasers.
It's a great business to be in and we have enjoyed our time running it, but would like to move on to something new. Our kids are a long way from here so we would like to see more of them and their families.
Plymouth is a great place to live with plenty of activities on the Hoe going on throughout the summer months. There is of course the Theatre Royal, Pavilions and Ferry port and shops all close by. The barbican is a few minutes walk.

Mondays and Fridays is Gym Day for me at the Holiday Inn. Guests who say here can go for a small cost. They have a Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam room. Stay here and get fit!
