This role could be ideal for someone fresh out of college and keen to develop their skills, or someone with kitchen experience looking for a role where they can continue to learn and grow.

You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team preparing and cooking fresh, home-cooked food and specials, with the opportunity to develop and trial dishes for the menu as your experience and confidence grow.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in food. Basic food hygiene knowledge is required.

You’ll be working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping with daily preparation and service and playing an important part in maintaining the quality, organisation and standards of our kitchen. There's also the potential to be involved in the setting up and running of a separate kitchen on site focusing on high end snacks and sports events.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and passionate about food, with the confidence to work as part of a busy kitchen team.

THE ROLE
Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
* Overseeing daily food preparation
* Supporting and managing busy food services
* Maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen
