Cafe, shop, dog exercise, secure dog park, function room, events barn & pop-up pub. 🌅 Stunning sunsets, 🚻disabled facilities. Open all year round, we are suitable for, couples or individuals, and are proving especially popular with walkers and cyclists. Well behaved owners and dogs are welcome, we have a small dog exercise area. We welcome caravans and motorhomes to our flat well-drained pitches, with facilities including electrical hook ups, wash outs for chemical toilets, Wi-Fi, toilets and showers

£27 per night per unit with EHU (Electrical Hook up) and Wi-Fi. An additional £5 per night is charged for awnings, £3 extra cars and £3 extra people.

Well, it’s that time of year when many sites are starting to close the season… but not us!

We’re open all year round — and actually, it makes perfect sense for us to stay open!

We have:

✨ 20 hardstanding pitches
✨ Good, well-draining land
✨ Two fully furnished caravans
✨ A small holiday let
✨ Dog friendly café open all year (apart from Christmas)
✨Winter Pie Mash n Pea nights (on busy Friday evening)
✨ Events running from March right through to December
✨Dog exercise area and secure dog park

And we’re just a short walk into the market town of Pocklington, where you’ll find plenty of lovely pubs, restaurants and independent shops to explore.

We’ve had a fantastic year so far, with lots of our campers making the most of the site, visiting the café, enjoying our events — and, of course, plenty of people returning.

We’ve also had so many new campers find us through word of mouth, so a huge thank you to everyone who has stayed, returned, recommended us or told a friend about us.

And what an absolutely stunning autumn we’re having so far 🍁🍂🥮🌅

We’ve just received our first lovely review ⭐️ from guests who have stayed in our fully furnished caravan, which we decided to name ‘The Paddock’ as it’s right next to the horses 🐴 .

Our second fully furnished caravan is ready, we haven’t thought of a name yet. It’s situated further up the field on the left hand side, so we’re looking for something that suits its location and peaceful surroundings 🌿

Any ideas?

Folklore says these circles were made by fairies dancing under the moonlight, hope they don’t keep you awake! ✨

Hard to believe the grass was yellow and crispy a couple of weeks ago. Nature is a wonderful thing

After such a busy weekend, the campsite is looking calm & quiet again🌿✨

It was absolutely buzzing over the weekend, such a lovely atmosphere, but somehow peaceful. It’s lovely we get so many repeat visitors, especially on a BH weekend!

And, as predicted, a lot of the rain missed us! ☔️ We did eventually have a little rain, but it didn’t stop our campers enjoying themselves… and we even had some very competitive campers taking part in the great British ‘breakfast-off’! 🍳🥓😂

The room had such a fantastic atmosphere, lots of laughter 😆 and lovely feedback about the food.

We’re looking forward to welcoming campers for the last Bank Holiday weekend of the season - how did that happen?! 😳

The forecast isn’t looking quite as settled as we’d hoped, but as many if you know, we often have our own little microclimate here, sheltered by the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. 🌾🌳🪾

If the weather is a little unpredictable, there is still plenty to enjoy. Our market town of Pocklington is just a 15-minute stroll away, with plenty to see, do, eat and drink.

So Friday evening:

🍺The bar opens at 6pm
🍴 Food served 6pm–8pm

On the menu:
🍔 6oz burgers
🧀 Loaded nachos, with chilli or pulled pork
🌱 Vegan curry with pita

So come along, settle in, grab a drink and make the most of the final Bank Holiday weekend of the season

Tickets are limited, as held in the cafe (the barn is too chilly) so book early if you are thinking of coming.

Even if you don’t fancy joining us, but wish to stay on site - remember we’re walking distance from all those welcoming hostelries in Pocklington, the site gets fully booked over New Year, so get planning!
