Carn Edward Farms, home to our Longhorn cattle and Lleyn sheep, are traditional Pembrokeshire hill farms set in the Gwaun Valley. From here we can supply you direct with our Longhorn beef and Welsh lamb produce. “Good old fashioned beef at modest prices,” quotes Robert Vaughan, who along with his family provide a quality product direct to the consumer for the kitchen table .

Farm to fork

We went to visit Carn Edward last week to find out a little more about their longhorn beef... Set in the Gwaun Valley Rob and his family traditionally rear the pasture fed cows who roam freely and our given hay silage in winter. They have an on-site butchery where the cuts of meat are carefully prepared, boxed and delivered fresh (never Frozen) straight to our weekly Market. Sold by Robs mum, the lovely Suzanne
