We are delighted that the Port of Poole will see an expanded ferry schedule from dfdsukire between Poole and Jersey for 2027, with an earlier start to the season and more opportunities to travel to the Channel Islands.

The new timetable will see 130 return journeys, up from 105 in 2026, with services starting in time for the Easter holidays.

Sunday Supper Club 🍽️

Not got plans on a Sunday evening and feeling peckish?

Familiar & comforting classics. Distinctive Sage style. Our Sunday Supper Club will run across six dates from October through November, with the kitchen open from 5–7pm.

£26 per person, including snacks on arrival, a main and something sweet to finish.

Here’s what’s coming up:

25th October: Beef casserole, herb dumplings & roasted carrots / Custard tart, apple compote
1st November: Pork & mushroom stroganoff, steamed rice / Pumpkin pie
8th November: Venison sausage & mash, onion gravy / Crème caramel, orange
15th November: Pollack goujons, chips & tartare sauce / Steamed lemon pudding, custard
22nd November: Half roast chicken, forestière potatoes & chicken gravy / Queen of puddings
29th November: Lamb rissoles, buttered cabbage & mint sauce / Chocolate mousse

Please book by the Friday before.

Proper Sunday food, a relaxed evening and no need to cook. Sounds good to us. 🤌
