3 bed spacious caravan with enclosed decking located in quiet area of Lytchett Bay View,
5 minutes walk to the beach and short walk to Haven activities and restaurants.

Master bedroom:
Double bed with plenty of overhead storage, small tv, wardrobe dressing table, and drawers.

2 twin bedrooms with overhead storage, wardrobes.

2 toilets, one with a shower room.

Lounge with 3 seats sofa
Large TV with dvd player.
Electric fireplace.
Selection of board games and books.
Patio doors onto the enclosed decking with table and chairs.

Kitchen:
Dinning table sitting up to 4 ,
Dishwasher,
Full sized fridge freezer,
Coffee machine,
Kettle and toaster ,
Microwave ,
Gas oven with grill and 5 rings gas hob,
Tea ,coffee pots , and sugar are all provided for our customers.

Large outside seating area.

Outside table with 4 chairs

Parking for 2 cars

Free wifi
Bluetooth speakers in each room
Gas central heating
Double glazed.

Monday and Friday change over days.
