The Blue Pool attraction in Dorset has been saved from closure and will reopen again under new management. The attraction has been open to the public for 85 years and loved by both residents and visitors to Dorset. 💚

The lake is surrounded enchanting woodlands and unique heathland, making it one of Dorset’s most tranquil natural attractions. The Blue Pool’s water is famous for its ever-changing colours due to the suspension of clay particles making the water sometimes appear blue, sometimes turquoise.

This historic attraction is now renamed The Blue Pool Nature Reserve, highlighting the 200-acre protected site, a haven for unique and interesting plants, birds, and wildlife.

Make sure you add this attraction and their delightful tearooms to your Dorset bucket list once restrictions are lifted for travel later this year.

Check their website for further information and details.
