Today the Island hosted its annual Brownsea Swim, with 325 swimmers taking on the challenge 🌊

A full 6.5km lap around the island, it’s a proper open water adventure! 💙We would love to know how it went if you took part!

Last year, our garden team took on the exciting challenge of growing our own citrus trees. Fast forward to this month, and we are beyond thrilled to announce our very first harvest! Our chefs have been busy turning this fresh, garden to table produce into some incredible dishes (if you tried the lemon cheesecake, you know exactly what we mean!)🍋✨

We are incredibly proud to share a story of quick thinking and courage involving our Head Gardener, Isaac. During a dangerous peak flood tide last year, Isaac’s swift intervention saved a life at the Castle jetty.

A paddleboarder, separated from her group, was found desperately clinging to the pontoon; with the tide surging, she was at immediate risk of being crushed against the piles. Isaac acted without hesitation, navigating the Castello’s mooring ropes to reach her and pull her to safety. Isaac’s courage in that moment saved a life. He was awarded Partner of the year for his actions and we are immensely proud of him. 💪
