To everyone across Cornwall affected by Storm Austen, we’re thinking of you. 💙

Our beautiful coastline deserves respect, especially when the weather turns. Please keep away from exposed shores, cliffs and harbour walls, follow local advice, and put your safety first. No photograph or journey is worth risking your life.

Check in on your neighbours, give loved ones a call, and look out for anyone who may need a little extra support.

To the emergency services, coastguard, RNLI volunteers and everyone working to keep our communities safe a massive thank you.

We are here to welcome you all and don’t forget our little cove will still be here when the storm has passed. Until then, take care of yourselves and each other.

Ten minutes in and already looking at the sea… for an escape route. 🌊👀😂

She arrived ready to pour pints, charm the guests and smash her shift. Ten minutes later, she was collecting her belongings like the final contestant leaving the jungle . 👋😂
