Meet the Pentire Hugo

Born in South Tyrol, in the Italian Alps, the Hugo is fast becoming an iconic aperitif. Tall and refreshing, its lemon and elderflower notes pair perfectly with the coastal botanicals in Pentire Adrift.

50 ml / 2 oz Pentire Adrift

25ml / 1 oz Elderflower Cordial

10ml Lemon Juice

Soda Water

Shake the Pentire Adrift, cordial, lemon juice and mint leaves with ice. Strain into a glass full of fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with mint and lemon.
