🚨🚨 URGENT SCAM WARNING – TRECCO BAY HOLIDAY PARK 🚨🚨
⚠️ PLEASE SHARE – IMPORTANT WARNING FOR ANYONE BOOKING A CARAVAN AT TRECCO BAY ⚠️
We are urgently warning people to be extremely careful when booking private caravans at Trecco Bay, particularly when the price appears unusually low.
A person identifying themselves as:
CRAIG MORTON
C W CARAVANS
📞 07507 038077
has been reported as taking bookings for caravan stays, reportedly advertising week-long stays for around £350 and offering holiday passes.
According to reports received today, guests have been told that they will be met at the caravan because the person claims to be the owner.
After payment has been made, it is alleged that the guests are then blocked and are unable to make contact.
⚠️ WE HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF MULTIPLE FAMILIES REPORTING THIS ISSUE TODAY.
Please do NOT send money to anyone without thoroughly checking that the booking is genuine and that the person you are dealing with is authorised to rent the caravan.
🚨 IMPORTANT: Private caravan owners cannot provide Parkdean holiday passes in the same way as the official park booking process. Always verify exactly what is included with your booking.
Before making any payment:
✅ Verify the owner and caravan
✅ Ask for proper booking documentation
✅ Check the caravan exists and that the person has permission to rent it
✅ Be extremely cautious of unusually cheap deals
❌ Do not send money simply because someone claims to be the owner
❌ Do not rely solely on Facebook profiles or screenshots as proof

If you believe you may have been affected, keep all messages, screenshots, payment details and other evidence and report the matter to the relevant authorities and your bank/payment provider immediately.
