Modern and comfortable 4 berth caravan in a quiet area of the Park Dean resort in Trecco Bay. This caravan has central heating, double glazing and all the home comforts, plus it is fully equipped with 5g WiFi, Smart TV, PS4, DVD player . Everything you need for cosy
days in. There will be a welcome pack of treats on arrival and all basics like tea, coffee, condiments, etc. The master bedroom has a flat screen tv. There is a twin bedroom and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The dining area has a freestanding table and chairs. The kitchen is fitted with a full size fridge freezer, cooker and cooker hood, microwave, pod coffee machine, toaster and ample crockery, pans and cutlery. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, wall mounted fire, coffee table, 42” flat screen tv with DVD player and PS4. There is a decking area with furniture. The beds will be made up on arrival. One small well behaved dog will be welcome. A short walk will take you to all the entertainment including bowling, table tennis, crazy golf, sports bar, cinema, cocktail bar, amusements, restaurant, shops, bike hire, swimming pool/wet play area, VR and gaming centre, high ropes, outdoor climbing wall, arts and crafts den, Costa Coffee and take aways. There is also a church and launderette. Also there is a kids club. Entertainment passes can be purchased on arrival which can also be used to access the evening live entertainment. Just a short walk away there is a Cantonese Restaurant, Co-op and Greggs as well as a number of pubs/restaurants. The park also has direct access to a stunning beach. If you like to walk, the coastal path will take you to Newton Village in one direction and Porthcawl Coney Beach and fairground in the other direction. A regular bus service goes from Trecco Bay to the town, promenade and beautiful Porthcawl park. There is also a golf course a few miles away and stunning Margam Park. We require a non refundable deposit of £75 to secure a booking and a bond of £75 which will be returned to you within 48 hours of leaving providing all is well at the time of checkout. An additional charge of £30 required if you are bringing a pet. Please note that a public health situation may affect the availability of on site facilities.
