Seatons Rest is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment just a stones throw from the beach at Portmellon Cove, near Mevagissey Cornwall. The apartment is on two floors making it feel much more like a cottage than a flat. Large open plan lounge dining kitchen area with original cornish slate wall and a wood burning stove, dining, all fully refurbished in 2015 and extremely well equipped. The two bedrooms upst
airs, sleep four in one kingsize double and twin singles. The bedrooms are "bijou" but have everything you need for a comfy nights sleep with lovely hungarian goose down duvets and plenty pillows. Our large bathroom has a stunning walk in shower and beautiful tiling. There is Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In Portmellon cove the beach is sandy and safe for swimming, and there is a pub with an outside seating area overlooking he bay. Seatons Rest is perfect for a couple and 2 children and can accommodate a small- medium sized dog for a small extra fee. Within walking distance is Mevagissey Village with its double harbour and many restaurants and watering holes! Out and about Seatons Rest is well located for reaching many of the countys attractions and there are fantastic walks to be enjoyed. There is ample parking in front of the apartment and a private patio area at the front of the property with a picnic table fro alfresco eating. The sun sets on this patio so its lovely for sitting out in the evenings on the decking in our wicker armchairs.
