We are ready for another season after a long working "holiday"....

We also still offer complimentary Cornish Pasties for all guests, sourced very locally from Portreath Bakery, who are located in the villlage! We've been doing this since our very first set of guests arrived in May 2019! 😃

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are booked for most of the peak summer weeks, but unusually we still have availability for Easter week (Sat 4th April - 11th April). The price is £900 for the week and we accommodate up to 6 guests!

We've spent all week jet-washing, cleaning, painting, decorating, removing bucket loads of sand from the front and rear gardens, getting the property well presented for the season.

Are you still thinking about booking an Easter, Summer or Half-Term Holiday?

We still have availability for the Easter School Holidays and some of the Summer School Holidays!

We'd obviously prefer it if you booked directly with us. This will save you money and the card processing/booking fees, as well as saving us any third-party host booking fees also! We can also offer a discount for fortnightly bookings or returning guests.

We are still 2 minutes walk from beautiful Portreath Beach and with the A30 work now complete it's even quicker to get here!

We have been preparing the property for the arrival of our first guests for the season, from Germany. Whilst we are here there is lots to do, and we get little free time, but we got a couple of north cliff walks in. Stunning scenery and the beautiful blue sea is just on the doorstep... .

A child friendly baby beach, main surfing beach, and it has many rock pools and local walks to explore. We've just doubled our internet speed we offer our guests too! We opened in June 2019 and its conveniently located close to the A30 for easy access to visit attractions all over Cornwall!

That's the jet washing/cleaning done for the patio, courtyard garden and furniture. Literally, we only had time to sit on it for a quick cuppa!! As well as the joy of sieving all the sand out of the gravel in the front garden 🙄! It's incredible how much sand blows in the garden over the winter and its been a wet one! Summer is soon on it's way 😎

After a few days back to prepare the cottage for the upcoming season; You only have to see our modern powder-coated aluminium exterior light to see just how harsh the salt air environment and wind blown sand and sea spray can be!!

Replaced with a new one, but the old one needed drilling off the wall as the screws seized/rusted in. This is why we have high quality marine grade stainless steel screws and fixings in the garden, that survive well!!

We have been fully booked all summer and have just the 10th - 17th of October (just £575!) and the 17th - 24th October (£800) available, so why not try and get away in October, or even later in the year? We take weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday and prices are much lower out of peak season. We are open all year round!!
