We’re introducing a new immersive experience to elevate your multi-course dinner with us

After a pre dinner drink in the lounge, guests who opt for our new ‘catch your own’ course will be guided to our converted 66ft polytunnel…. now a saltwater tank stocked with langoustines, king scallops, brown crab and lobster.

All staff are now trained with PADI certification following extensive courses over our winter closure, and will guide guests as they dive up to 3 metres to select the first course for their table.

This is an optional £100 supplement per person, with wetsuits and snorkels provided.

Please allow additional time prior to your reservation.

*Unfortunately, we cannot cater to shellfish or bivalve allergies for this course.*

Every dish has a story or influence behind it, and these Valrhona chocolates made by Dangus in the kitchen are no exception.

Inspired by Katie Tunn’s Blue Planet artwork, displayed in our lounge, they form the final bite of the menu, enjoyed beneath the piece itself.

Inside is a sea buckthorn caramel. A coastal berry native to Scotland, caramelised and finished with a touch of sea salt.

One final nod to our Scottish larder.
