After months of paperwork we finally have our license....
For those that are not aware Scotland have introduced a licensing process for holiday lets. This ensures that properties are safe for their guests. Everything is checked, fire safety, gas and electricity checks, PAT testing, legionella risk assessments, chimney certificates, appropriate owners and more....
