The Royal Hotel has thirty ensuite bedrooms, each one a warm blend of modern convenience and traditional hospitality. The Well Plaid has a much more casual feel, has a wide ranging menu and can easily cater for families and large groups. During the winter months (October to March) we have a reduced menu but if you would like to try some local seafood please ask at reception and our chef will be happy to organise it for you. Sit and relax in our warm and friendly bar, try a locally brewed real ale, have a dram from our wide range of malt whiskies and tuck into a tasty bar meal. We feature live entertainment from talented local musicians during the summer months.
