The jet lag and holidays blues this past few days have been real but just to let you all know that now I have returned to home sweet home while I was away luvin life and making memories ❤️we are through to the final of the Causeway Chamber Awards for Accommodation Provider of the Year 2025 !!
We are delighted 🤩
Hospitality and hosting is not for the faint hearted, days are long and you have to have a lot of balls in the air but it’s also very rewarding and the benefits are beyond anything monetary .. the people from near and far , the friendships formed , the banter , the satisfaction of keeping standards high , providing a great service , breakfast, facilities .. the list goes on & on !!
But I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who supports our small business and helps us out in any way because without you all I couldn’t keep going day in day out , thank you 💖
Good luck to everyone in ours and the other categories, we are all winners regardless of the outcome.

THANK YOU 💙❤️

Thank you to all the valued guests, friends and family who have stayed with us and supported our business since we opened.
As we approach the autumn and start to calm down after yet another busy summer season I’ve decided to wind it down and make a few changes.
I have had to take stock of mounting price increases and expenses across the board, which I’ve bore this past year and more, without passing onto my clientele. Notably, now that I’ve got other family commitments / obligations and the fact I want to slow down , I’ve been pondering this tough decision for a while.
Taking all these things into consideration I’ve decided rather than to give up doing what I love completely, I’d like to continue offering accommodation on a ROOM ONLY basis from the end of September 2025.
I know this will come as a complete shock/surprise to most as breakfast is what we are renowned for and I’ll be honest we do a good one !!
Rest assured you will still be offered the same comfortable bed, great power shower ( and wee touches ) a home from home for the night, plus there’s plenty of good breakfast eateries, cafes and hot food counters about who we can recommend ( just think of the extra lie in ) !!
I hope you all understand why I’ve taken this step back and will look forward to having you when …

“All Seasons Guest Rooms”

will be in operation when we re-open fully February 2026, so until the end of September 2025 ( get booked in quick lol ) we will still be offering guests an All Seasons breakfast and the rest of the cooked and continental options they love.

Again, thanks for all your custom and support and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
