We're ready for our busiest season of the year, and we cannot wait to share it with you! 🎄🎅✨

Our talented chefs have created a delicious Christmas menu using local suppliers and seasonal ingredients, bookings are already filling up fast, with lots of returning customers who tell us they had a wonderful time with us last year.

Enjoy a full Christmas meal with all the trimmings, crackers included, in our beautiful dining room. You can choose 2 or 3 courses throughout the week from Tuesday 1st December, with a glass of fizz included on weekends.

Celebrating with a larger group? If your party is 30 or more, you can continue the celebrations after your meal in our fabulous, quirky Nut Bar, perfect for dancing the night away.

Prefer something a little different? Larger parties can also choose to host their whole celebration downstairs, with a hot or cold buffet, in our self-contained party space, a great option if you want a more relaxed, informal Christmas do.

Whichever way you choose to celebrate, we can't wait to welcome you.

A New Chapter for The Keppel's Head Hotel 🥂

We've got some exciting news to share about the direction we're taking at Keppel's Head Hotel.

Over the past year, we've seen more and more interest in hosting private functions, celebrations, and events in our spaces overlooking Portsmouth's historic waterfront, this has inspired us to lean fully into what we do best, creating exceptional experiences for groups.

From now on, our restaurant is not going to be open for walk ins it will however be available exclusively for pre-booked private groups of 10 or more.

You already know us for fab food and service, now that's where our full focus will be. Thoughtfully planned menus, dedicated staff, and food prepared specifically for your gathering, with far less waste along the way.

Whether it's a celebration, a corporate gathering, or a special occasion with friends and family, we want every group booking to feel genuinely tailored to you.

Of course, we're still very much open as a hotel, with breakfast served daily for our guests. ☕

We're also excited to be opening up our spaces even further for pop-up partnerships.
We've loved having Shroom as part of our Keppel's Head family, bringing their incredible unique plant based Sunday Roast to Portsmouth once a month, we're excited to welcome more pop-ups and collaborations into the space going forward.

This new direction lets us focus on what we love most: bringing people together for memorable events in one of Portsmouth's most beautiful waterfront settings.
