A post to the Last-Minute-Trip-Takers...

July is much quieter this year, we have the first two weeks of the holidays free, beginning from Friday 26th June. Because it's short notice I'm reducing the weekly rate from £700 to £450 (where would you get that?!)

We are a three bed/2 bath, first floor apartment, sleeping 6, and are a five minute drive or a fifteen minute walk from all that Portstewart has; the Prom, the Strand, the Herring Pond for sea dips.

Happy to do a minimum of three night stays, if a week is too long, and these would be £75 nightly on a BYO linen basis.

DM me with dates or queries but we are non-smoking and not pet friendly I'm afraid ☺️

If you’re planning a week on the North Coast, our cosy Portstewart apartment is the perfect base for beach days, golf breaks, coastal walks, and relaxing evenings by the sea.

🎆Perfect summer family fun with live music, dance performances, dog shows, art workshops, fishing, and kids' activities. All finishing up with a big fireworks display at Harbour Hill. Catch it with either our 17-24 July block, or 24-31 July.

Again, for anyone not familiar with us, we mostly list July/August as 7 night bookings (we have an excellent cleaner who is available for Friday turnovers and this keeps things more smooth for everyone!) We rent on a BYO linen basis, with the option of adding linen in if you want.

🥳 Rates for this year are not changing 🥳
7 night rentals will be £700 and the minimum rate for shorter stays is £120 per night - we have a three night minimum.
