📢We're Hiring! Weekend Housekeeper ✨🧹

Cromore Retreat is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our friendly team.

This is a weekend position, working Saturday and Sunday (10:30am – 3:30pm), with the opportunity for additional weekday shifts to provide holiday and sickness cover.

What we're looking for:

* Previous housekeeping experience (essential)
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards
* Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel (preferred)
* A reliable, hardworking individual who works well as part of a team
* Ability to clean and prepare hot tubs between guests (full training provided)

Guest Experience & Retreat Operations Assistant

📍 Cromore Retreat - Portstewart, Northern Ireland
🕚 Monday–Friday | 11am–4pm core hours (25 Hours Per Week)

We’re looking for a reliable, practical and positive person to join our growing team and help maintain the high standards our guests love.

This is a varied role perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, working outdoors, staying active and taking pride in presentation and attention to detail. 🌿

✨ Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing domes and outdoor areas for guest arrivals
• Liaising with site owners to maintain high standards
• Cleaning, draining and refilling hot tubs
• Cleaning and preparing the sauna area
• Monitoring stock levels and placing supplier orders
• Organising and maintaining laundry areas
• Assisting with general site upkeep and improvements
• Reporting maintenance issues and helping resolve minor problems
• Ensuring guest areas remain clean, tidy and welcoming
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods
• Helping maintain the calm, luxury atmosphere across the retreat

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and approachable
• Practical and hands-on
• Comfortable working independently
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Physically active and comfortable with outdoor work
• Proud of maintaining high standards
• Flexible and willing to help where needed

Previous hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.

✅ Full training will be provided.
